We do not offer a refund or a cancellation once the order is made as our preparations are done by various teams working together simultaneously. Once the order is made it cannot be cancelled or modified.
Generally our success rate is 100% but unfortunately if our students fail or get a referral, we offer unlimited modifications as well as make a new assignment for the re-submission for free in lieu of the same coursework. We will need the marksheet/result copy or the teachers delivered email with feedback from the university email id. If the criteria or a fact that was not conveyed to us is the reason for failure, then we will not modify the work.
